1. No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with consumer protection laws (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal and the 14-day 'cooling-off' period do not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has started, provided that the customer has given prior express consent. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Assets: Because our study bundles are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, they cannot be 'returned.' We cannot verify if a customer has deleted or stopped using the downloaded material; therefore, we do not issue refunds once the system confirms the delivery email has been sent.

3. Specific Exclusions: We do not grant refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • 'Accidental purchases' (the multi-step checkout process prevents this).

  • 'I thought it was a physical book' (product descriptions clearly state the digital nature).

  • 'I don't like the content' or 'It's not what I expected.'

  • The customer has already downloaded or accessed the files.
